[ADW] need help converting & embedding audio files

I'm new here so if this is a recent topic please forgive me. I didn't
see anything in the archives.

I have potential new client. She wants updates to her website
(I'm good there) BUT she has some audio recordings from her radio show
that she needs converted to MP3 and posted on her web site for all to
listen. No password protection, no purchase so that makes it easier.
Can someone point me to a tutorial or give me some info on how this is
done in DW8? I see all kinds of Flash things to insert under the Insert
Menu but nothing about audio. Also, what do I need to convert the file
and is an MP3 the best format? I did see some issues in previous
postings about a dialog box coming up.

Any help is appreciated!
