I just saw "free" on my second look. Do a Google is my best suggestion.

If you go to some of the flash tut sites like:

Kirupa.com
actionscript.org
flashkit.com
http://www.ultrashock.com/
adobe.com tutorials

Some of them have a tutorial that teaches you to complete an entire flash
site. Then you just whip out Photoshop and/or FW , create your own
graphics and then implement the flash you just learned. Otherwise, you'll
have to pay $ 30 to $ 70 for most flash sites.
